2014 in Review & the New Year

Happy New Years, everyone!

This year was a pretty good one. Lots of fencing and writing, including the publishing of Jake Hawking & the Bounty Hunters.

The new year should prove exciting. Early half of 2015 will bring the debut of the Hope & Steel series — Honor Amongst Thieves, a 17th Century swashbuckler that takes place during King Henry IV’s reign in France. Also already well underway on the first draft of a stand-alone pirate tale of revenge. With any luck, that’ll also see the light of day in 2015.

And, of course, there’ll be plenty of costume projects to work on. Already in the process of working on my 17th Century buff coat, a bunch of new doublets, and a new musketeer/cavalier hat. All part of my Make 2015 More Dashing plan, so stay tuned for more pics and posts on all those fun things.

Here’s hoping you all have a great 2015.
