action-figures-michael-bailey-coverI’ve known Mike for many years now and he’s always been one my writer buddies and supportive/constructive criticism friends. Having acted in some scenes he’s written for local RenFaires, I can attest for his skill in writing. I’m stoked to announce that his debut Young Adult/Teen action novel entitled Action Figures is now available on Amazon.

If you’re not sure about taking a chance on Mike’s novel, he’s made the first two chapters free as a preview.

Here’s the synopsis:

Carrie Hauser’s life is a little crazy right now. Her parents have just gotten divorced, her mom has uprooted her to the town of Kingsport, a lethal high-tech mercenary wants her dead, and a group of teenage superhero wannabes need her help taking down a rogue artificial intelligence threatening to wreck her new home. What’s a girl with super-powers to do?

I highly recommend checking it out. It might be listed as YA but it’s definitely a story that transcends age groups. Also, be sure to visit Mike’s website/blog.

Congrats, Mike!

I was wondering the same thing. Just shot him an email to find out.

He says it will be. He chose the “Have Amazon do it” in terms of creating a eBook version from the print version, so he’s not sure when that’ll get finished.
